Who we are
Covenant Electrical Services LLC is an owner-operated electrical contractor led by Jesse Dickinson, serving Georgetown, TX & Greater Austin. We are a service-area business and work out of customers' homes and job sites, so we do not publish a street address.
Texas electrical contractor license: TECL #40370. You can verify any Texas electrical license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. Questions about anything here can go to jdickinson@covenantelectricservices.com or (956) 266-1360.
Service requests go to Jobber
The request form on our contact page is provided by Jobber, the field-service software we use to schedule work, send quotes, and collect payment. When you submit that form, the information goes directly to Jobber — it is not stored on this website.
That means Jobber's privacy policy governs the information you enter there, in addition to this one. Quotes and invoices are delivered by email with a secure link to Jobber, where you can review, approve, and pay.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact and job details you enter in the request form — typically your name, email, phone number, service address, and a description of the work. This is submitted to Jobber.
- Anything you tell us when you call, text, or email us.
- A name and the text of your review, if you choose to leave one. Reviews are published publicly on this site once approved.
- Your email address, if you sign in to an account on this site. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent by email; we never ask for or store a password.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard analytics about your visit — pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you.
- Routine server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website. Payment is handled by Jobber; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, give you an estimate, schedule work, and complete the job.
- To send quotes, invoices, and job-related messages.
- To publish approved reviews.
- To understand which pages and search terms bring people to the site, so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and to comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to run the business and this website. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Jobber — service requests, scheduling, quotes, invoices, and payments.
- Google Analytics — website traffic measurement.
- Supabase — the database behind this site, and the owner's sign-in.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Resend — transactional email, when enabled.
Calls and text messages
If you call or text us, we may reply by phone or text about your job. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not add you to any texting list. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How long we keep information
Job records — requests, quotes, invoices, and job history — are kept in Jobber for as long as needed to service the customer relationship and to meet tax, warranty, and legal recordkeeping obligations. Published reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or take down a review you left. Email or call us and we will take care of it. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. As a small business we are largely exempt from that law, but we honor these requests regardless.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and access to the systems behind it is restricted to the owner. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold and to work only with vendors that do the same.
Children
This site is meant for adults hiring an electrician. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
About the information on this site
- Electrical guidance on this site is general information, not a professional assessment of your specific property. Electrical work carries real risk of fire, shock, and injury — have a licensed electrician evaluate your situation before acting.
- If you smell burning, see sparks or smoke, or have exposed wiring, treat it as an emergency: shut off power at the panel if you can do so safely, and call 911 if there is a fire.
- Any prices, ranges, or timelines shown here are general estimates for planning. They are not a quote and not an offer. A binding price comes only from a written quote after we assess the work.
- We respond quickly to urgent calls, but we are not a 24/7 service. Our hours are listed on the site.
- Service areas listed on this site describe where we normally work. Availability for a specific address depends on scheduling and travel.
Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or reduced-motion settings. If any part of it gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it — and we will give you the same information by phone or email in the meantime.
Links to other sites
This site links to places like Google, Facebook, and our Jobber portal. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site, under their privacy policy, and we have no control over what they collect.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below. This policy was last updated August 6, 2026.
